do i need carbs
do i need carbs while on cycle. Im bulking but i already weigh 210 im 6'1. How many carbs a day do i need and not be too much. I dont want to get fat

you ****ers with your 2 pieces of quarter pounder meat covered in 20 pieces of cheese slices and whip cream and 20 more tablespoons of mayonaise. you wont survive to the age of 13 on that ****.

Even when dieting you need carbs to keep you full looking.

bro if you want to put on good mass you need to up your calories! dont worry about gaining a lil fat you can worry about that when you do a cutting cylce!

guys i know i need carbs but what im asking is how many a day is good and what is too much. I cant find anything in the diet section that says how many is enough or not enough

50g/day should be plenty
I get fat of a small amount of carbs, so I eat them very selectively. People with higher metabolisms can go 300-600, or whatever they please. You gotta try it out and see what works. There's no magic number.

Dude, there's a sticky at the top of the Diet Forum that outlines a basic bulking diet. Read it a couple of times and post any questions you have in that forum. yes, Swolecat is a guru but there are also a lot of other smart dudes that hang out in the diet forum.
And you don't have to gain a significant amount of fat when bulking.

tp keep from getting fat i would maintain 200-300 depending on your stats....i don't know....
to bulk 400-600....
all clean carbs....

While i was 'on' I was taking in 80g Carb per meal 5 meals per day and I gained very little fat weight. If you cant handle gaining fat then maybe bulking isnt for you.

no flames here...
but i keep a good balance between protein and "complex" carbs... having candies all day isn't gonna be the solution... try brown rice, etc... they also have fiber to help you too... i usually stay pretty low on fat... of course, once in a while, I chug down two big macs...
