I dont drink during the wk but on a fri after work I go down the gym then go get sh*t faced, but its only 1 day a wk. I also make sure im not due a shot 1 day before and one day after I go out cos alcohol lowers the bodys natural testosterone levels so its best to stear clear of shooting at this time. Works for me but everybodys different, some of these guys might have a point
