Sore Joints
I am experiencing soreness in my knee joints, does anybody know what I can take besides glucosamine. I am taking that already, I am just wondering if there is anything else I can do.

deca can temorarily help lube up your joints. in some cases in can pretty much eliminate some of your soreness. although i've never had any problems with sore joints, i heard that shark cartlidge could be used to your benefit. bump for any more info.

In my own experiences, it's just a sign that you haven't recovered. Time off is the only solution. If it's chronic, you have to check your form in the exerices you do and unfortunately, take more time off and perhaps see a specialist. If you squat, do it with your toes slightly pointed out and with a wider stance.

What works for me while Im on winny, is drinking lots of GREEN tea and I'm also drinking Osteo Biflex 2 tabs a day. It helps lubricate your joints, and @ the same time keeps you healthy. Of course I also drink it b/c I like it. But I have no soreness in my joints and Im going on week 3 now of my winny. The joint aches are ver minor.

P.S. I hear that Traumeel is very good for the joints. www.performancenutritionals.com or look it up in a search engine. They use it in European clinics and hospitals post surgery/injury.

I"m in physio now and it's working terrific. it's not that expensive, i would suggest you look into it.
ps. Many think it's a cartilage/joint problem. the most common pain is felt from the knee cap slidding up and down the knee.
