thats great! About 3 yrs ago I was doing 100lbs for reps with a body weight of 170. Can imagine 150lbs would pop a vessel! props kid but be safe..

That is a great set you done there.. Im 160lbs and my gym dumbells only go up to 100lbs..But at 160lbs, I can still rip out 6-8 reps with them on flat.. It feels soo good to be so light and still soo strong.. Its kinda funny too that I dont see that many people using them.. Like once every month or 2, I see someone using the 100lbs.. And its a nice and big Golds Gym..

you're at a golds and your dumbells only go up to 100 lbs? you need to find a new gym.
