    I didn't read all the replies, because I'm in a hurry.

    If you search and read 5 posts on a particular topic, then you'll be confused. However, if you search and read all the threads on that same topic, you'll see obvious trends......that's part of the learning process. No one's going to put together a "get big overnight" kit for you. If you're serious enough to consider using AAS, you better be serious enough to put in the time learning about them too. There is simply no way a few posts could prepare you for all the intricacies of a cycle, even if the advice you got was from "experts". You have to learn this stuff on your own, and only then will the advice of "experts" really help you.
