    how much b5 for acne

    I have a little acne problem. I herad vit. b5 is good. I have 200mg pills. How many should I take a day?

    I would say if you have acne bad, go at 10g ED for a few weeks until it clears, then maintain at 2-4g ED as maintenance. Dont forget that you will not see any results for several months too.
