Ok deca and winny now what?

Ok I am starting my cycle on Monday but I have no idea what to eat yet. i have heard so many things but if someone can give me a list of things that I should be eating would be great thanks bros!

Yeah, why deca /winny? Trash the deca and replace it with Eq or Tren . Oh, and wait about 3-5 years too. I dont think youre up to par on youre Vitamin S education. JMO

He is in his mid twenty's...as long as he has been lifting for a few years I think he is fine to start.

He done told you wrong.........do some research on 1st cycles or novice cycles. But please do not listen to a thing that that guy is telling you........

Both are injectable. He told me to take winny every other day and deca once a week does that sound right?

The only way you got scammed is if its bunk gear. Yeah, winny is expensive, but its great stuff IMO. What I would do is get my hands on some test and run Deca 400mg/week for 10 weeks and Test 400mg/week for 12 weeks. This will put some mass on you.(Save the winny for your next cycle where you can cut up.) Dont start the deca/test until you have some nolvadex /clomid.

No problem. Ideally you should inject the winny but do some research and you will see that its ok to drink.

Deca shuts you down. Ive never had a problem with eq/winny.

The proper way to run that cycle or any other cycle is with test as a base...

as a steroid newb i think its safe to say that your going _against_ the advice of the majority of the board in taking that cycle.

you'd most likely be better off with a test cyp or ent cycle moderately dosed for 10-14 weeks.
