Is There Anything Besides Deca To Lubricate Joints
I know that Deca lubricates the joints, but I just want to know what other AS can do the same that have a lower detection time.

ya, you should try drinking lots of water and you can take glucosamine, the glucosamine will take a couple weeks to kick in but it will work great.

Glucusamine products are all over the place now, they sell generic types in every wallmart and store, i personally use GLC2000 wich gaurantees its higher quality and results, must use it constantly if you want to see good results though.

My doc said cortisone works, but weakens tissue, tendons in the long run. I find Eq is also bad on the joints. Any AAS that causes water bloat will help but deca is the bomb.

corticosteroids are not good -- break down your tendons. That is why doctors limit the number of injections. Bad plan to be lifting heavy with weakened tendons.

Einstein - does it work for hip arthritis? If so, why isn't it a suggested therapy?

I've heard shark cartilage works for some people. You can get it at any gnc it takes several weeks to start working though.
