    liquid PCT's for research only?

    I have come across liquid clomid and nolvadex ( said to be only for research purposes). Is this safe/effective/scam... im a little comfused and any help would be great... if it is suitable for human use (drink or inject?) i could begin my cycle much sooner than expected.
