pump and pose

i know a lot of you think that this product is ****, but i feel that as bb my arms look like ****. I just want to bring up my arms an 1' or 2.

Can you mix pump and pose with gear, or is that a big no no, or would you be be better just useing the gear for for site injections.


is this product legal to buy ? thanks i won't go over board like others (no names)
