Honestly, Quads were the only thing I injected into before I discovered delts. I've injected everything you can think of in my quads, even Prop. 98% of the time, I have NO pain. Never. I love QUADS.

Make sure you pinch the skin up when you inject into the quad. You should be directly on the side of your quad about one hand with up from the knee cap. If your having pain something isnt right your hitting the wrong spot.

I have never had a successful stick in my quads. I've got good size legs and one day I was like, "hey, these big boys need to be in my shot rotation". Well I researched a ton then stuck. Well it went right in a nerve. Fire went right down my leg and up my spine. I pulled it back a lil then angled & bam more fire. I pulled out stuck again and nicked another nerve. The next day I tried the other leg and bam right before a go the needle all the way in, bam another nerve. I can seem to stick my left leg if I go shallow and not buried. It still leaves me walking like I've taken a bullet in the leg though. I avoid my legs like the plague. Hell I'm still a lil gun shy when a shoot my other area because of this experience(LOL)!

prop hurts for me a little bit in the quads. It is definitely tolerable. I just rotate from glutes to quads.

Quads are a fine place to inject. After injecting I massage the area for about 5 min then I got on the ol stairstepper for about five min to work the oil into the muscle. No pain at all. That's with QV test and deca .

I think the problem with quads is that everyone is different in respect to which part of the quad they can inject without too much pain. I followed an example of where to shoot out of a nursing textbook and it hurt like hell. I swore I would never do another quad shot. But later on I tried it more on the top part of the quad and it worked great. Finding out where your "quad spot" is is the hard part.

I agree. I hit more on the front "corner" of my Quad. If I hit the side, it is not very comfortable. Massage works great and I always go for a walk afterwards to get things loose and circulating.

Find the right spot on your quad for you and it should be fine. Trial and error sometimes sucks.

I've shot quads in previous cycles without incident. This cycle I am doing QV test e and the first couple of quad shots left my legs paralyzed. I had to call into work becuase I literally couldn't walk. I was going to give up on the QV but decided to try mixing it with some sterile oil. Now I have very little pain the next day. I highly suggest mixing with some sterile oil for those of you who are getting a lot of pain.

just started a tren /prop cycle, stuck my quad last night and this morning cant put my bodyweight weight on that leg, resting dumbells on legs for chest was pure agony, it hurts but not as bad as some make out - suppose its all about pain thresholds etc, only thing i can compare it to is Karachi Sus which stung like a mofo!

i use my quads with t400 and deca300...doesnt relly hurt...maybe some may say it hurts..i think that little bit of pain while walking is better then a sore shoulder or not being abel to sit down
