went to inject into delt and muscle vibrated(twitched)...did i hit a vein?
I pulled it out right away after that happened but does that mean i hit a vein while i was stickin myself?

if it twitched it would be more likely of u hitting a nerve than a vein. veins wont make u twitch. i hit the quad one time and it twitched a bit. i just kept injecting tho

alright just wondering...**** i injected my right delt monday and didnt feel anything, my left delt is pounding right now. but im enjoying it lol

Why is your delts your favorite place? My friend, and roomate, is a LPN and I think I'll let her "hit me on da hip", lol.

I see this happen frequently, mostly in people who are apprehensive about the shot. Not a prob though.

For me its quads & delts all the way, I find the quads even less painful and they are easier to get to, you can do it sitting down and as long as you stick to the outside of the leg you've got acres of space to use.

Twitching is a direct result of hitting a nerve. Contrary to previous advice, you should not just ignore it and shoot away. That risks compromising that nerve even more. That's no good. Pull out, change pins, and pick another spot. I hit a nerve in my bi once that made it twitch so hard the needle nearly shot back out.
