need ideas for a post injury cycle
Guys
have just started training after a 3 month break after tearing my biceps tendon & quadriceps tendon. Over this time lost quite a lot of size and strength and am after a 6-8 week cycle just to get some size back and to my previous strength levels. Am training fully again, just cant lift as much as before.
Any ideas??

Deca is good for post injury cycle. You should do a longer cycle than 6-8 weeks though.

What length cycle would you recommend? Am a bit worried about more tendon tears thats all

Really basic cycle... 10 weeks of test 500mg twice a week and 10 weeks of deca 300mg twice a week. Follow up with PCT.
