    Then click on user cp above....then click on edit options .... then change avatar... then you simply find you pic on your computer and upload it

    the pic has to be 150 pixels X 150 pixels, so it helps to have photoshop or other type of graphics program to help you shrink the image...after u got the image...follow tom's instructions. If you have an image and need help getting it the right size--send it to me in an email, I will convert it and send it back to ya. Good luck!
