    How do you guys take liquid d-bol?

    Just wondering what the best method is because it tastes bad!! Put it in a syringe and squirt it into the back of your mouth? Or mix it with a little bit of juice/water or something? All ideas welcome, thanks.

    I put it in empty gel caps and take it that way, yes the taste is awful......
