    Missed SHOT!!!

    i am currently running 300mg deca /week and 400 sust. week. i missed one sust shot. i split my injections up on m w f. ....will i be ok?

    Why dont you take a little note book calander and write down when you are supose to take your shots.. That way you wont forget next time...
