femara AKA letrozole is an aromatose inhibitor. meaning it stops the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

it sometimes affects some peoples sex drive. that is why i was asking

Sounds to me that your estrogen/SHBG levels are to high......add some proviron to your cycle at 50mg ED this will give you your sex drive and lower SHBG/estrogen levels.
