criticize this diet:P
i know it should be posted at the diet board,but responses here are quicker
Meal 1-1cupoatmeal,5egg whites,1protein shake
Meal 2-Postwork -gatorade,44gram protein shake,banana
Meal 3- 1cup Cottage Cheese,1cup Oatmeal,5eggwhites
Meal 4- 6-8oz Steak,1Potatoe
Meal 5- 2cans tuna,4whole wheat bread
Meal 6- 1cup milk,2Scoop Protein
looks about 200carbs? decent i dont wanna blow up with fat
i think protein looks low? il probably trow more protein during the day as snacks

6 meals a day! good stuff doofy! im trying to eat 6 mealz but im cought up in college and work. hope it works good for you man!!

5'9 about 160ish, yah right now on training days i get 6meals a day ,rest days 5meals a day,the reason i get 6 on training days is cause i whake up earlier
i also am in college but pfft i am to busy doing h.w on gear
btw im 18 turning 19 soon
