Clenbuterol Expiry date

The only clen I have access to is a bucket of pwdered clen (in Aust.) that is exactly 1 year expired.
It has been kept in a cupboard in normal temp.
Is it still ok to take? Will its potency have downgraded somewhat?
I cannot obtain any new clen, and it's all i have access to hence my desire to take it.

It's potency is most likely not as strong... I would still take it and just monitor body temp and increase the dose as necessary.

thanks. Yes I will have it in my possession tonight. Start tomorrow. Waht would you recommend starting with? The stated 20mcg? or more because of the expiry time of a year?
One fellow suggested I start with 40mcg because I weigh 125kgs. Would this be practical? I have never done anything like this before.
I am getting my taurine and potassium supps tomorrow.
Also, is it ok to exceed the stated 200mcg at the height of the clen cycle? Or it all depends on the sides (shakes etc)????

I start at 60mcg myself and go up from there. I wouldn't run it any higher then 200 personally... I usually only go as high at 160mcg with great results.

do you get the shakes from 60mcg on day one?

How many hours after you take it can you notice the difference?

Should I monitor my temp? I hear it raises body temp by a degree or two. Is there a temp you shopuld not go over?

I didn't start noticing shakes until i hit 100mcg. The shakes for me start at about 45min to an hour.
Monitoring your temp isn't a bad idea so you know when you need to increase the dose to make sure you're still getting an elevation.

Here i was thinking i had researched this thoroughly, and I still have questions! Well this is a learning experience! Dont; rush into things. Obviously I need to read more....

Any idea how to measure out 20mcg of powder? Hopefully it's 20mcg of clen to every gram of powder, which would make it easy. Otherwise I will need special measuring tools.
I am going to go to the chemists today to see what they have. Just wondering if anyone here knew.

well even if it is less potent its not bad with clen cause you can gauge it by going up ed. unlike say it was test you cant tell how potent it is when injecting.

i would take taurine and potassium from day one, the muscle cramps suck!

and u aslo said u werent able to get more clen , if u run out or want more check the banner at the top right of the screen.

thanks tycin, but customs here in australia are super hard to get by. One of the hardest in the world. They are on to opening packages labelled nutrition etc, as if it were legal you could get it here and not from overseas.
