How many months of the year are you on AAS??

For all those on the board, how many months of the year are you using some type of AAS?

i was on for 9 out of 12 months last year.( i donot recomend this to anyone unless you have years of experiance and are competitive)

BigKev.... after being on for so long what long-term effects have you noticed? If any? Just wondering? Any info would be great.

Hey BIG KEV, do you have any regrets doing AAS for that long straight? Also was it hard stuff all year or did you take some mild stuff for a cycle or two to let your body relax?

i usually do two 10 week cycles a year

I have done 4 6-8 week Cycles in 3 years

I only have time for one 10 week cycle out of the year....for now

I only take gear on January 1st and December 31st, and a few days, maybe 363, here and there in between…

But seriously, about half and half, I try to get off for as long as I am on, sometimes it’s hard but I think you got to do it.
