kick with 4wks Prop 100ed
then wks 1-16 is Enen 500/wk and Deca 400/wk
and then end with 3 wks of Prop 100mg/ed

and the usual extras and PCT

causse the test and deca are for the full 16 weeks then the last 3 weeks of prop is to get PCT straight
