Why do i weigh more in the morning than in the evening
I asked this in the diet forum with no response.
I am eating around 5000 calories a day. I feel stuffed all the time but I weigh more in the morning (after I relieve myself) .
I weigh in the evening about 181
In the morning 184 or more.
Does this mean I am still not getting enough calories?
Thanks for the help

Do you weigh youself before or after your morning urination? I feel compelled to asked, just in the interest of science.

Should be just the opposite as in heavier day time and a few lbs lighter at wake-up post bathroom time. If you are 4lbs heavier then somehow you are holding water.

It should be other way around. People usually feel and look lighter in the AM.

Could it be the temperature/climate that effects the.. thing (hmm.. the thing you step on, sorry I don't remember what it's called, I'm not english/american. )? I'm not kidding, it's possible.

Seems to defy the laws of physics-- at least as I understand them. Maybe you are sleep walking and eating (or drinking) in your sleep. Maybe you are using different scales.

Are you weighing youself on the same scale both times? Sometimes the scale at home and the scale at the gym are not calibrated the same...I am 229 at home and 223 at the gym.

take into mind that food has density to lol...therefore after excreting you would lose a few lbs, also throughout the day you may be doing activities, which may be using that retained water, if any

this is impossible bro. AND NO, there is no more griavity in the morning then there is at night.... lol. Unless your sleep walking/eating/drinking then there is no way you way more in the morning then you did at night.-- assuming you dont eat or drink anything in between-- maybe your scale is broken!!
