massive weight gain, fat etc...
Well, i have a pretty strange idea of what to do the next six month. I plan on staying of the heavier roids and maybe look into EQ or somethiing. You see i want to gain weight, not muscels i already have pretty much of those, but i wanna gain weight and was wondering wats the best and fastest way of doing so? Keep the same diet or something else? fat is not an issue since im an ectomorph id do good with som fat...so please, how do i gain much...

You want to gain weight but not muscles, yet you are going to use "heavier" (whatever that means) gear??
I am afraid I don't understand your question/goals at all.
Gear is utilized FOR muscular gains.
If you want to merely add fat and no muscles, quit working out, don't take any gear, drink tons of beer and order pizza everyday and eat tons of sh*t food.
That would do the trick nicely.

why do u wanna gain weight not muscle?? the two kinda come together. if u wanna gain weight eat,eat and eat. and i dont recomend u do eq by itself.

It sounds like he doesn't care about lean gains, he just wants to gain whatever fat,water,muscle... what are your stats?

OK i see i have not written very well, im not an american but il try anyway.
Ive just come of a cycle, gaining about 20lbs, im in pct and noticing some loss of muscles as the days goes by, im going to get educated in the next six months and wont be able to work out so much. I feel that its better to put on weight so that i dont (and no other for that matter) see the muscle loss that will occur in time. i have always been skinny, ectoporfic, never have i had extensive fat or even water retention from steroids . CAn you understand my goals now? i dont wanna be skinny

if u r in pct now then u shouldnt start anymore juice until your blood levels become normal again. usually u follow time on=time off. u cant expect to keep 100% of the gains u made, if u do proper pct u should b able to keep 75% of the gains.

Yes i know that perfectly well, but i dont have a new cycle to look forward to, and you feel like **** during pct. So i want to gain weight and beeing big in that way, and whats the best way then?

continue to eat big and that means protein several times per day. take natural boosters like tongkat ali and tribulus. lower your volume of workout make more intense, should not be more than 45 minutes. If you are not worried about a little fat stop all cardio. try glutimine and creatine... (and if you do not know slin - stay away and research as it can kill you)
