    Advice for Next cycle????

    Current stats are 5'8, 190 pounds, guessing around 12% BF, not a newbie to the sauce.. Im lost with my next cycle..any tips or comments are appreciated as well as anyones most recent or current cycls please list and also include gains

    Do you want someone to do all the work for you??? I think so.

    And teh gains of someons elses cycle has ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING ON YOUR CYCLE that you may run like that.
