If i want to break up 400mg/wk of test cyp into 2 200mg shots per week in order to keep blood levels constant how far apart should the shots be? Every tues and sat?

So it looks like you want to have two days in between the shots? So if i wanted to start on tues my next shot should be on fri?

Why 2 days in between? Why not 3? whats the math behind it?

Actually, I prefer E3.5 days. This is not based on any change in sides that I have noticed, but it makes more sense. There are 168 hours in a week. Split your doses by 84 hours. That would be like Monday @7AM then Thursday @7PM.

This way you don't do a 3/4 split. Monday/Thursday is a 3/4 split unless you go morning/evening. If you use this instead of a 3 day or a 4 day split, you won't have to remember to count the days...just always use the same ones.
