Um.. yes if this is your first cycle and you do 400mg per week followed by PCT at the end, and your workout an diet are in order.

22-25g 1" is fine for the quad.

I would look into a detailed bulking diet. You willbe suprised to see what kind of food it takes to grow. Most likely if you followed a bulking diet you wouldnt even need steroids .
Id say at least 5,000 calories.

so how does this sound in conclusion
Test-e 400MG for 12 weeks
1" 25 gauge needle in the for the quad after 2 weeks off cycle i start PCT for 3 weeks of Clmid and Nolva?

Here is something I used a couple cycles ago for a lean bulking diet. It should be good for a 170lb guy to bulk..
morning meal
6-8 eggs whole
sausage or bacon or ham
1 bowl of oatmeal with either blue berrys or strawberrys, splenda, smart balance butter
Morning snack
low carb high protein (8g) yogurt
a peice of fruit banana,plum, peach
Glass of milk with 50 grams of protein
Lunch
Either two chicken breasts or two beef pattys or steak Fresh vegtables probally a salad with normal ranch dressing
Cranberry juice
about an hour later
glass of milk with 50 grams of protein
Mid day snack
cheese slices or summer sausage or beef jerky that equals at least 30 grams of protein. ANother peice of fruit. probally blue berrys ( im trying to eat alot of blue berrys)
about an hour later
protein shake 50g with water
and a peice of fruit
Dinner is allways a home cooked meal which can be anything with alot of meat
A salad with all the vegtables and what ever the women cooks for sides
a couple hours later
protein shake 50g with water
cranberry juice
night snack either leftovers from dinner or chicken breast or beef pattys plain.
some kind of V8 juice either fruit or vegtable
Right before bed another low carb high protein yogurt and another 50g protein shake with water
When and if I wake up at night
50g protein shake with water

Thats mine, I couldnt find a worthy one quickly so i gave you the one I had written out on my Note pad.. It has worked for me very well and Im am much heavier than you.

Mon: chest
tue: back
wed: off
thur: arms
fri: shoulders
sat: legs
Sun: off
Or any suggestions for a workout plan? BE MY GUEST

It really depends on how much you eat. I am willing to bet if a 175lbs person ate all that everyday they would have no problem gaining over 20lbs on a cycle. You would gain weight if you ate that much period. With or without steroids .

I would do
Mon: Chest and Biceps
Tuesday : Back and Triceps
Wednesday Cardio
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Legs
Sat and Sun Cardio
And you make **** sure you toast yourself in every workout.

I think I am easy gainer easyer loser,...but say i am hard gainer I wouldnt do cardio and why would you do triceps 2 days in a row dont chest work triceps like benching and thaT?

if your gaining wieght, why do I do cardio again? See I used to be really fat like 220 and it was no muscle while a ate 3 meals a day and got myself down to about 190 and had a nice muscle built then my metab kept speeding up and i lost alot and now im down to 175 and STUCK

if i said my bench youd laugh, I do 3 sets 10-8-6 for chest
Should I always do incline,Decline and flat together? Or when do I do dumbells..
Also Do i do the same sets for arms as well?
