hmm t-3 without some kinda of anabolic did u lose a lot of muscle as well? Try doign some AM cardio.. the last little layer or so seems to be the hardest for everyone(including myself) Also as suggested check out your diet a minor tweak here or there could lead to the results you want.

AM cardio & weighted sit ups / crunches (to help the abs pop thru)
I find a low carb diet also helps (except after workouts of course)

Post your diet up in the appropriate forum... chances are your diet isn't bulletproof.
Also do morning cardio on an empty stomach for 45-60 minutes at 70% of your max heart rate.Last edited by AandF6969; 01-20-2005 at 11:01 AM.

It might also be because you lost weight in such a short time the elasticity of the skin is still stretched out.Did you do proper pct after your test cycle?If you do what these other guys are saying and it still doesnt work try taking an anti-estrogen for a while and see if that tightens the area up,i know what a difference an anti-estrogen can make especially when competing.

Have you tried HIIT yet? Its hard work, but then again, no pain no gain.
Look into it, Im getting some pretty sweet results and I have only been doing it for like a week.

Ohh and by the way 20lbs in 3 weeks, you realize that big part of that was just water, intracellular as well as from underneath the skin...to loose 20lbs on fat you need to burn 3500cal per pound, that's a total of 70,000calories you split that over 21days that's a deficit of 3,333calories per day, you would have used a bike over 10 hours a day to creat that kind of calorie loss, which is imposibble, to say the least...you might have lost 7-10lbs of actual fat...more realisticly 5-7lbs of fat and 2-3lbs of muscle...good luck...XXL

500 sits up will make your abs stronger, but won't do sh*t on their visibility. You need to lose overall bodyfat.
My abs are fairly visable at 12% BF, so that is kind of the range you gotta get in. Lower, even better.

High Intesity Interval Training...basicly you do 60sec. jog and then go into 30sec. sprint and repeat for 10minutes for starters and then increase the total time untill you hit around 30min. the interval times can vary from person to person i like to use 1min and 30 sec. sprints...XXL
