Injection's into sore muscles

hey bros I just started my offf season lifting program for football any way we did squat yesterday and my ass and legs are killing me, But to day is my 2nd inj of test E and I wanted to inj into my glute or quad but they are f****** killing me right now. Any help would be apreciated greatly.

An injection shouldn't bother a muscle with DOMS. I inject after every leg day and even if my legs hurt to walk or touch, the injection is like buttter. I like to pretend that the shot is gonna speed my recovery that much faster because it is fresh Test going in to repair and build new muscle....kinda helps me get through it when it gets to be a chore later in the cycle.

You should be just fine...try it and find out.
Throw a heat pad on after and even before injecting to relax the muscles.
