    Shoulder Injury!

I suffered a slight tear in my should lifting a few months ago. Nothings worse than a shoulder injury!! Doc put me on antinflamatories and light weights for 3mo. I have moved back to to mod lifting on everything except bench. Still hurt! Anyway the resone for the post is I'm about to start a deca /tess cycle and heard that deca was good for sore joints and tendons. Any truth to that??

i know where u are coming from. i was forced to take a year off at the gym and had double shoulder surgery. so believe me i've been there done that. do a search i posted pics too. I just started back in mid August and have been on a natty rampage to get back to where i left off. and yes deca will help with joint pain b/c it helps lub ur joints. When i snapped my foot in half i did a deca and dbol cycle (i think ) to get back on track and the relief and progress i seen in my foot was remarkable. But at the same time if ur injury isnt healed properly and u run a cycle u also run the risk of further injurying urself by lifting to much and tearing more muscle and tendons in ur shoulder.

well i'm on a deca /test cycle right now, i have extrely bad knees from a former MCL injury i got last season playin baseball. it's always sore but i have noticed that whle on this cycle it don't hurt as bad but i reckon it could just be in my head. if ur still injured then u should prolly not use the gear and wait till u r 100% back to maximise your gains or gain potential i should say

I like to run deca in cycles around 250-300mg a week just for the joint lubrication.
It should help you out but be safe it can give a false sense of safety when you are lifting if there is still weakness take it easy on shoulder and press days. Your shoulders are usually involved in all lifts. Be safe.

Thanks for the info, I know whats best for the shoulder right now and thats to lay off for a few more weeks. Thats just hard to pill to swallow! You train hard to play hard and something like this can set you back to where you were 6mo ago. I guess thats just part of the game.
