    Semi-new to board....

    Semi-new to board, I joined at the end of last year, but computer died. I also had some health issue's (non drug related!), had to take a 2 month break. Unfortunately gained body fat form hell. But back on the road to recovery now. Lot's of great info on the board, thanks.

    welcome back bro same with me too I joined this board sometime last year in the middle and i was spec4mafia back then but when i tried to logg back in i guess i forgot my pw so i had to pick a new name.

    Yeah, I got back into lifting after long break and I am fighting the fat demon myself. It's a bitch, but I am sure you can beat it. (Probably a piece of cake compared to whatever else you were through with yotu health problems!)
