Need help on Enantat Qv 250

I bought test 250 from someone in the 10ml vial and they told me to inject
1ml every week for 10 weeks.Is this true if so what kind of gains can I expect.Heres some info I am 36 I weigh 240 and my bf is 19%.I have been lifting on and of for 8 years.

It all depends on your diet and training. At your age 250mg/wk is more like HRT doses. Actually, you probably don't have enough to run it for 10 weeks. You have to account for the vial being underfilled/overdrawing/wasted gear in the needle. Plus, Test E is best shot 2 times per week to keep blood levels more constant. My advice... get at least 1 more vial and run it like follows..
1-12 Test E 250-375mg/wk split up into 2 weekly injections on Mon/Thurs.
1-12 Nolvadex 10mg/ED (This is an anti-e and will keep bloat to minimum)
Proper PCT (Post Cycle Therapy ).

Bodyfat is kinda high... you might want to get that lower before you start your cycle.

The enan will probably bloat you up pretty good and since your bf is already kind of high you will look like a water balloon. I suggest holding off on the juice and focus on diet and cardio until you can get your bf down around 12-14%.
