    Bro not to sound harsh, but you definitely got some bad gyno. Have you taken any cycles before? If so, did you use proper anti estrogens? You should see a doctor ASAP and have him look at it. I would get on some type of anti e right away though.

    My advice is to get off the sustanon RIGHT NOW and begin taking nolva at 80mg ED until you see a doctor and he evaluates you. You will probably need surgery though because it looks pretty bad from what I see.

    If you post a side pic we could have a different view, but I am pretty sure from the picture that it is indeed gyno. Look how your nips point down and they are very puffy on the sides (like b*tch tits). Maybe post a pic of a side view and see what others have to say.
