    acne while on gear

    I was wondering what you guys have found out to be the best way to prevent acne or help control it while on the gear. My skin just gets really oilly, and yes i do shower.

    uww shower only helps if u wash urself with cold water...warm water increases the oil produciton of ur skin...Most of the time i get acne during PCT ...

    lots of showers & if its getting bad or you reallly want to prevent it, use dawn or pamolive. it really gets the oil out of your skin.
