Diabetic Daily Journal - INSULIN & M1T
i am a diabetic using m1t and insulin for mass gains.
i am on day 3 of this.
i am yet to feel much of an effect, people say im filling out well..
i am already 5'10'' 222.. with approx 13-14% BF.
in this thread i am going to make daily posts letting others know about how this works for such people as me, a diabetic.
10mg of m1t taken 3 times daily (10am, 3pm, 7pm) = 30mg
Post-Workout Insulin Injection: 27 Units of Humalog
105-120 carbs, 55-60g protein, approx. 3g fat, 10g creatine monohydrate.
since i missed the first 2 days of m1t usage for this journal.. i will begin with today, day 3..
so far m1t is interesting, this 4 week cycling period will be an interesting read... and a new, different experiance for myself!! i am expecting some mad size and strength gains.
DAY 3:
7:30am - 7.9 blood sugar - 20 units Humalog / 54 units Humulin N.
Food: 75g Carbs, 35g Protein (approx).
10:00am - 5.4 blood sugar - 6 units humalog - 10mg M1T
Food: 80g Carbs, 35g Protein.
10:30am to 12:00 noon - TRAINING - shoulders (felt a mad ass pump today)
12:15pm (Post-Workout) - 2.9 blood sugar - 26 units Humalog - 10g creatine.
110 carbs, 55-60g protein.
1:30pm - 5.1 blood sugar - 33g carbs, 15g protein
2:00pm - brisk walk on treadmill 50mins
3:00pm - 2.1 blood sugar
55 carbs, 20g protein
5:00pm - 2.0 blood sugar - 16 units humalog - 10mg M1T
95g carbs, 50g protein
7:00pm - 15.4 blood sugar - 20units humalog - 10mg M1T
I'll eat when i get low..
basically thats been today so far - messy.. i know.
its difficult, but i have definately put an inch on my arms since i began bulking up about 3 weeks ago. i love insulin - so powerful!!

Day 4
7:30 a.m. --- 10.5 blood sugar --- 20 units humalog, 51 units humulin N.
aprrox .. 75g carbs, 35g protein
8:30 a.m. - felt like i had a high blood sugar, tested at 16.2, took 15 units of humalog.
10 a.m. --- 6.2 blood sugar -- 6 units humalog --- 10mg M1T
approx. 65 carbs, 25g protein
10:30 a.m --- training - triceps, hamstrings.
12 noon --- 2.4 blood sugar (beginning not to feel the regular symptoms of low blood sugar, because of frequent occurances - so my body absorbs everything perfectly, and produces more growth hormone etc. naturally). --- 26 units humalog (post-workout)
110g carbs, 55-60g protein, 7-8g creatine
1:30 p.m. --- 3.4 blood sugar -- 42 carbs (grape juice)
3:30 p.m. --- 2.8 blood sugar --- 50g carbs, 20g protein --- 10mg M1T
5:30 p.m. --- 4.7 blood sugar (finally a good number!!!) --- 10 units humalog
approx. 70 carbs, 30g protein
7:00 p.m. --- 8.0blood sugar --- 6 units humalog --- 45g carbs --10mg M1T
11:00 p.m. --- 2.8 blood sugar (felt big time low) --- 30g carbs
12:00 midnight --- 7.7 blood sugar --
40g carbs --- 10 units humalog, 16 units humulin N.
ok, thats a jiffy on day 4.
i am noticing constant low blood sugars, i am eating plenty of food - multiple times throughout the day. again tomarrow, i will lower my morning humulin N dose to 50 units.
today i felt a masive pump, i am on a constant weight gain right now, with insulin being my powerhouse, the effects of m1t are not too noticeable to me - yet. i feel somewhat stronger, in some exercises. and i get massive pumps,which is key.
aight. its all good..
its there anything else i should add in this 'journal'.. keep bumpin for me peeps.

Good luck to you in this adventure but, 30mg of m1t a day isn't that kind of high? With a substance that's heptatoxic wouldn't a lower dose be more advisable. I'm sure your using some milk thistle. What's your pct?
