    But I heard a lot of parrots here say, "But if PCT is done properly, you should be able to keep all your gains!!"

    that sounds about right for someone big like you...with proper PCT of course. Cos I would expect to lose 3 lbs just from the loss of pumps (less RBC) combined with maybe a couple lbs of lean muscles, and any water weight....

    And with that, you'd probably lose anywhere from 1-1.5" off your arms....so that'll make it like 21.5"....ONLY. But I guess you're never really completely off in order to maintain that size..

    BTW I am only 17.5" pumped and flexed. Currently 4 weeks into a cycle.

    16 even,kno "16 10/millionths........ when i'm flexed {with 1/2 cc inh tri. and 1/2 cc in my bi.} i can hit about 17 even yeaherrrrrr **** i'm proud of that i've been training almost 8 full years and been in 2 local comps. so it's a REAL
    ya know shredded 16-17inches. awesome back-double bi. just my 25 cents.

    my arms cold are 18 3/4 and pumped are about 19 1/4.

    My arms are 15" FLEXD..

    Been training for 2 yrs, im 6ft 98kg, 23 yrs old, never juiced at 25% BF...

    I kinow my arms are seriously EMBARRASSING!!!!

    It affects my chest and everything, HOW CAN I GET BIG ARMS.????

    Strict form standing barbell curls and incline skull crushers you could do those two exercises just gradually increasing weight and have big arms..Post your question in the training forum for some more extensive advice or PM me...

    im not too sure what mine are exactly but i know they are around 18. all i know is that being 6 feet tall my arms look pretty **** big, also im under the 10% bf range so its more legit than the bulk "20 inch GUN ppl" out there. i hate how ppl say that their arms are soo immaculate but in reality they hold **** tons of fat on top of that muscle...amuzes me....a well

    For biceps I prefer doing cable curls with the curved bar, and dumbell curls. Then I hit the preacher curl machine and i'm done. For triceps I start with cable pulldowns, then sitting skull-krushers, then reverse grip pulldowns with single arms. A big part of big arms is genetics though. I have always had big arms with huge round biceps.

    I wish my arms would grow off mostly cables and machines,nothing works for me but free weights with a little cable work at the end to get that nasty pump,so my elbows pop and hurt with the weight I have to use now to keep up what I got...Some PPL are just lucky I guess?

    I switch it up every so often. I do use a good amount of free weights, and no matter what, I keep dumbell curls in the mix. Cable curls just give me a pump and work my arms better than barbell curls.

    Whatever works for YOU bro...Good Luck with it Iam jealous I won't be able to move my arms when Iam forty as bad as I pound them to keep my arms in
