i know this has been discussed....but i cannot find the thread...and i have read though a couple billion it seems like....what's the process for coming off eca for the 2 week period?? use just caffiene but i thought there was something else that aided in the crash or helped the endocrine system recover faster....

bump for more info.... i'd like to know if anything counteracts it.... or if an increase on amino acids or protiens would help in resisting lethargy.

Guys I have never had a "crash" of ECA. Clen either. Maybe some folks are different. I mean if you do caf after an ECA stack then you will crash off that right? I would think that if "crashing" on ECA is bad for you, then taper off of it.
Personally I am tired sometimes even when on ECA. Guess I am different.
