Penicillin

I know the mechanism that penicillin uses to treat infections is by inhibiting the cell walls to form. As a result the bacteria ruptures as it tries to divide.

Does this only affect the bacteria cells or can antibiotics inhibit the growth of muscle tissue?
What results have you guys seen in your cycle while getting over an infection? I'm pushing past past my third week and there's no way I'm halting at this point!

Penicillin only effects the bacterial cell wall. It will have no effect on human muscle tissue.
