Deca Schedule?

This is my 2nd cycle......
After reading thru most of these posts, I think I will try the Sus EOD, but how much Deca should I use per shot and frequency of those shots?
I got 20 amps of Sus and 20ml of Deca 300....any advice helpful and what kind of gain do you see me getting?

You could do this:

Inject the sust 1/2 amp eod and the deca twice a week.

Should come out to this:

1-11 Sust 455mg/wk
1-10 Deca 600mg/wk

What are your stats? What did your first cycle look like?

1st cycle was Sus twice a week, and deca twice a week.
Gained 25lbs on 5 week cycle.
Work out 5 days a week 2 hours a day

25lbs off a 5 week cycle, how much did you keep?

I wouldn't run the deca over 400mg a week 200mg shot 2x a week and keep the sust at a higher dosage than the deca or you might get deca dick.

I kept all gains, when I came off it, I weighed 180. I kept gaining weight, now at steady 187. I never "jumped" in strength like I read you do.
My buddy has went from 160 to 217 in about 10 months. His build is awesome! He's only about 5'11" maybe 6'.

what doses did you run during your first cycle? Why did you do deca on such a short 5 week cycle since it takes 5 weeks to kick? keep up the good work...

I didn't and still don't know the effects of the juices, took friends advice. I have learned alot since reading these forums.
And I would have ran 2 bottles of Deca out, but couldn't get anymore so I broke cycle at 5 weeks.
Now I have 2 bottles of Deca and 20 amps of Sus ready and waiting.

So if I take the Sus EOD, I have 20 ml......and 2 shots of Deca300 a week, after I run out of Sus, how long do I run the Deca ? I have 20ml of Deca300 as well......

You should run the sus at least 2 weeks past the deca . you don't have enough gear for a proper cycle wait until you get more.

something like this:
weeks 1-12 sus 500mg w
weeks 1-10 deca 400mg w

it would be better to add two weeks on to the above listed if you can get enough gear.
