Getting lean??
What's up guys,
I just completed the second week of my cutting phase(all natrual), however i havent seen any signs of getting leaner in my face. By experience, how long did it take you guys to see a difference in your face, I wanna it really chisled.
Some people say it takes at least 3 weeks for cardio to kick in to start noticing a difference, is this true??

My diet has been on check! I have 30-40g of protein/meal along with 10-25g of low gi carbs throughout the day. then I have a high protein/carb pwo shake. then i go back to the low gi carbs the rest of the day at 20-30g/meal.
I just started increasing my water intake to about a gallon a day, which will help but in reality when i stop drinking 1 gallon a day im going to go back to retaining water again, so i see that as a "fake way of looking" leaner?? see what im saying??

yep minor dehydration greatly slows down metabolic rate. Plus first signs of dehydration is a feeling of hunger.. =/
