Yeah, I can't eat that much. I've tried. I had a hard time with 6 eggs. Plus, the protien has kicked in and my ass about exploded on the toilet. Ever drive to work and have to crap so bad you thought you weren't gonna make it. All the way to work: "Oh boy, butt cheeks stay together."

Cool. Thanks. I read up on Sus 250 but it doesn't really get into details that much as far as time frame and such.

5'8" 155 lbs. 27 yo. On and off for about 4 years, serious the last year or so. I kinda got pimped on genetics, so I have some pretty big obstacles to overcome. My body frame is small. I have very thin legs, and a small waist. Let's just put it like this, my ankles are probably smaller than your wrist, and my waist is only 28. I've tried just about everything prior to AS. I continue to get stronger, yet I don't add any mass, atleast until now. I spent a whole year working out to my max without injury, eating as much as I could, regardless of it being good diet or not, and didn't gain a single pound. I did get strong as hell though. Hell, I even tried 6000 cal. a day via weight gainer and NOTHING happened other than I crapped more.

Yeah, I read all that before I even started any of this. First time I was on here I spent alot of time just reading before I even registered. Problem is, I can't eat enough to follow such a big diet. Never eaten much, even though I try now. My current diet is the most I've ever eaten in my life, and it's been rough as hell. It's kinda like force feeding even though I know I need to do it. I'm just full all day.

Here's some pics for anyone interested. This was last year when I got a new bike. I had the bike about a week before I destroyed it in a nasty high side during a sprint race I'm the red bike:

I was gonna say, because.. read this:

    SECTION8SUPERBIKE WINNERS AT JENNINGS GP

Jennings, FL, April 3, 2005 - Team section8superbike swept the podium in the Heavyweight Twin class at the Jennings GP CCS event chalking up a first, a second and a third.

Section8superbike rider Larry Denning finished first despite riding his 749R for the first time during practice on the previous Saturday. Denning, a 4-cylinder veteran, reported, “Man thing feels slow…………but I keep passing everyone.” In reference to the linear power delivery of that Ducati L twin.

    Section8superbike co-owner Jason Etter finished 2nd riding his 999R.

Section8superbike technician, Matt Carr, finished third after starting on the last row and being handicapped by the fact that he had only ridden his new 999 seven laps just before gridding up for the race.

Etter stated, “This is a great start for the 2005 season. We will be attending CCS regional races that offer Ducati contingency with the ultimate goal of bringing home a win in the CCS Race of Champions to be held in Daytona, FL in October.”

Larry Denning is an accomplished racing veteran with many Championships and over 300 race wins in CCS, WERA, and GLRRA sponsored events. Denning currently holds five track records throughout the Midwest. Etter said that section8superbike is extremely happy to have a rider of Denning’s caliber racing and developing their equipment.

Jason Etter is also an accomplished road racer. He has captured six championships on Ducatis and has over fifty wins to his credit.

Matt Carr, also a proficient Ducati racer, has over seven years of road racing experience that includes in excess of thirty wins and two championships.

Etter added that for national exposure, Team section8superbike may also race in the Formula Extreme and Superbike classes at the Road America AMA during June.

Section8superbike will also be in attendance at the Mid Ohio AHRMA/Ducati weekend where the team may have up to eight riders on the grid.

Section8superbike, located in Commerce Township, MI, opened its doors to their new dealership January of this year and is ranked 13th in sales nationally. The dealership is co-owned by Etter and Bill Keros who also races.

Team sponsors include Ducati North America, section8superbike, and Cycle Cat.

(Mind you, if you have pics, feel free to prove me wrong)

So, I'd have to say since the "foundation" isn't really in place and situated, the gear doesn't wish to build a house on that lack of a foundation as of now.

I'd say a few good years of hard iron and hard eating would take you a lot further.

    ~SC~
Yea I beleve that happen to me... I didnt have enough foundation so it took several cycles just to build the foundation. Now the foundation is in place I am now suddenly growing and bulking up in a way that everyone is noticing, but the first year was just a waste. And mind you I started when I was weighing upper 160's, not 150's.

Also your potential growth is a percentage of what you got now. If you are low muscle now, you get low muscle gains, sometimes the off cycle losses are greater then on cycle gains which I suspect will be the case with you as it is with almost everyone who juices under 190 pounds.

It's clear you know nothing about nutrition and bb'ing.

Read the entire thread before you post, and if you already have, then you need hooked on phonics.

Saying things like "sermon", "ladies", and "chicks", just shows all of us how completely useless your contributions are here.

Thanks for exposing your lack of intelligence.

you have to FORCE yourself to eat. you should never even have the slightest feeling of being hungry. you need to eat every 2 hours at your current size, and i'm not talking about a protein bar. you need FULL meals. you should be eating 7 times a day averaging 400 calories per meal. if you can't do that, don't come here complaining about not getting any gains. if you can't eat, you can't gain. simple as that.

Well keep up the weight gainer but get off it when you get a 10 lbs gain. My genetics sucked too, once I got over 158 lbs, I became the biggest male in my family line going back 5 generations. I am currently sitting in a deca /test cycle at 186 lbs now and I am way built more then any of the males in the family ever achieved. For me sust and test e alone doesnt do the weight thing, deca and test surely allows me to break genetic limitations and lately this most recent deca cycle has really made my arms and shoulders explode. Everyone in the family is accusing me of being on steroids , I dont know if my wife spilled the beans or if I am just plain obvious. But anyways just stay with it. My first few steroid cycles did nothing more then build a foundation on which now I am starting to grow like SOB. I am finally outgrowing all my shirts, pants are having hard time getting over my quads, starting to get that look where I resemble body builders, etc. But I have to say the first 3 to 4 years was a heart breaker. I started at 145 lbs, steroids started in my 3rd year when I was 168 lbs, and I have had my share of going from 7% body fat starting point, up to 22% BF and now back down to my current 9%.

If this helps any, my wife gave me all the "I like you just the way you are Bullsheet" but in those days I was lucky to get sex once a month. Since I got all muscular like, I have to beat the wife off with a stick. She wants to funk and blow 3 times a day if I'd let her. If you wife is 100% straight, she'll be all over you giving you "too much sex" when you get built up and muscular. Mine is a total nympho now!
