do i need cardio?
i have 5%bf and i never do cardio in the gym. i never have but i was thinking of starting it now... my question is the benefit only loosing BF or will it help me make better gains on and off cycle... right now i am on 500mg/wk of test e if it makes a difference?

If you can get to 5% without cardio, I wouldn't do it at all.

will it help me make better gains? i might just throw it in becasue i hear when you do cardio you feel better and more energetic throughout the day...

I do not think it actually helps with gains, and running can be catabolic.

i don't think it will help with gains. main thing is that it will help your heart be healthier. and that's a good thing!

gee i wonder regular 30min exercise helps with cholestrol, heart health, keeping low blood pressure , people with stress and keeps you defined and in shape and fat down. Now if that doesnt answer your questions just come to the roid monkeys jungle barn and let me shove a banana up your ass and give you some cardio. No im not a fag im just alittle different thats all.

i do 0 cardio also, im bout to start doing a lil somthin somthin though just to keep everything loose. somtimes i feel kinda tight since football season is over and i do no running at all, but in answer to ur ? i would do somthing in that kind of movement just to keep those legs limber and for better blood circulation

How are you measuring your BF%?
I really doubt your 5% that isnt healthy to stay at 5% for prolonged periods of time plus it is really hard to maintain 5%.
If thats you in your picture id say your more around 8% which is healthy and maintainable.
You really dont need cardio for the fat loss effects but it will help keep the fat off during this cycle so throw in 30 mins at 65% or lower hrt rate like 3-4 times a week and youll get all the benefits of the cardio without it effecting your gains whatsoever.

u should do cardio, not for better gains or losing fat, but for ur health. steroids are enlarging the inner walls of the heart. u can only fight it with cardio, low intensity min. 30 minutes, 2x week.

i started doing 45 minutes stairmaster every morning before breakfast on a eca stack, i keep a pretty strict diet im on 500mg test e a week and gaining weight steadily still. im up about 15 lbs since i started doing cardio every day. dont forget test keeps catabolism down.
