Dude, youve trained 11 months and you want to juice! Big mistake if you do. IMO one should train for at lease 3 years before even thinking about juicing.

train naturally longer, you wont get nearly as much out of steroids if you dont have a solid base, which you definitely dont seeing how you havent even been training a year yet!

Ok I have been training on an off for about 4 years, I have been back in training hard for 11 mounth Sorry about that!

i say first get your diet down thats the most critical part, then research AAS for 6 monthes and get a GOOD SOLID idea and during this time keep lifting and perfecting your diet and work out regiement then you will EXPLODE when you get it all in order.

spend some time reseaching gear first. Use the search button, its great! Do searches for first cycle, test, PCT, anti e's. Lots of good reads there. Go to the educational forums too. Its very important you know how gear works and how to use it correctly before just sticking yourself with a needle
