    quick liquid clen ?

    whats going on..quick question with liquid clen do you guys mix it with anything or just let sit on your tongue or swollow it as is?

    and empty stomach in the am or after you eat?

    squirt n water to wash it down, its tastless. As for timing, whenever is convient, with or without food.
