Should Cardio Be Done While On A Testosterone Cypionate Cycle?
Hey I Was Wondering If Cardiovascular Work Is Recommended While Being On A Testosterone Cyp. Cycle?

i dont see how it could hurt.. aas use normally hurts the cardio endurance - you should always do a lil cardio anyway, to be healthy.
doin cardio on cycle, just means you'll have to eat even more than without doing cardio lol.. make sure your calorie intake is sufficient!! food, makes u grow, not weights, look it up lol

depends on your goals. while cardio is always good for you if you are mainly trying to put on size(weight) i wouldnt. i would eat as much as possible(good eating if you gain easily) and worry about cutting later.

im on a test cyp cycle and i dont do any cardio. i can barely eat enough to grow as it is. i usually do 30-45min 3-4 days a week when off cycle.

Ya i am on test cyp to no cardio maybe a moutian biking ride every other week

no cardio, just makes it alot easier for you to put on mass..
its all about the amount of daily calories you consume, and your goals!
eat even more on cardio days, if your goal is to gain mass

I'm on 500mg test-cyp a week, and I do 1 hour of cardio a day.. 7 days a week. I'm not trying to put on bulk just lean out and keep my existing muscle's while I loose fat.
I noticed that my hearts beats faster doing the same level from before I started the test-c. I don't think it prevents you from doing more cardio..in fact you have more energy and have better endurance.
I can't imagine, not including cardio in your regular workout routine at least 2-3 times a week for good measure to keep your heart healthy..

I M 2wks into my 1st cycle of ~ 400Mg/Wk Test (mostly Cyp). I M very cardio-concerned and i take pulse many times each day under variety of conditions. I notice NO difference in exercise endurance; HOWEVER, my Resting Pulse is now consistently about 10 beats/min higher than usual !!!! Anyone else similar???/

seems my HR is up on cycle to with test cyp. maybe just me or paranoia. did you guys hear that........
