    winstrol cramps/spasms??

    anyone evr experience this,is it normal, why is this happening..and can anything be done to prevent it??

    I pulled my hamstring twice while on winny. I would suggest the use of eq or deca with it if you want to prevent these problems. I also suggest a potassium pill, and lots of fluid on a daily basis.

    i drink prolly gallon and a half a day, its not the water intake!!!
