you don't know for sure, but if you aspirate and there is blood, you are in a vein which is the wrong spot. sometimes you go through a nerve and it hurts, sometimes you go through a vein and it hurts and bleeds a lot, but you never know for sure. check out spotinjections.com to see the area one should inject.

the guy didnt die from the injection itself........you need to aspirate to make sure you're in a vein........aspirate, and check out www.spotinjections.com you'll be fine........

22g or 25g needles.. 1" pins for delts, 1.5" pins for quads/glutes..

If you have to do this why not go buy some IM B12 and practice... 1" 23g w/ 3cc barrels is what you want.
