Anyone have this injury? 6 years of lower back pain got my MRI a few days ago. Doing a lot of meds for pain management but the Doc said that it won't change the fact that I have a herniated disk and surgery is likely. So how long is recovery? Will I bounce back or am I like crippled for life?
