Bicep, how deep?

how deep into the bicep should i go. I got 1" pins, should i go all the way??

i did well left a bit out just incase the pin broke

my arms arnt big but they are not small, just over 16, but I have a small bone structure, so it equals out, plus my tri's are small, thanks for the reminder, i wanted to get a good tri workout.

mine arent that big either (just about 17) but i cant imagine anything bigger than a slin poke.
