    Proviron half life

    Should proviron be taken in one total daily dose in the morning say 50mg's. Or should it be taken twice a day at 25mg's? I would think one dose would be better ?

    I split it into 2 x 25mg/ED. That seems to work better than all at once, especially if I am trying to lean out.
