First timer - playing with ideas trying to learn as much as possible before I make any decisions. would winny and primabolin be a good combo?

one more thing... if someone could post their thoughts on the best newbie cycle. for anywhere b/t 8-12 weeks that would be great.

best newbie cycle is something like 500mg/wk of test e for 10-12 weeks followed by proper PCT. Test should be the base of every cycle that it why it is almost always recommended to do a test only first cycle.

what are side effects of test e? What could I expect for gains? lots of water weight with it? or good clean mass?

Your gains are totall dependant on diet and training. That is the most important part of AAS usage. But its quite common for people to gain 15-20 lbs on a cycle of test alone assuming diet, training, and rest are all good. Test e causes some people to bloat, however, I dont. But you can take an anti e such as nolva and/or arimidex to eliminate the bloat. All steroids have sides. Some people get them worse than other, I however appear to get no sides from test at all. Do a search for test e and you should be able to find all about it.

thank you. also, right now my diet is a very clean cutting diet. how should i change that now that i am going from cutting to bulking? just increase the size of each meal? add some crap food into my diet? any suggestions?
